ORDER CUTOFFS 

All orders are processed from Monday through Friday. Please give us 2-3 working days to process your order. You will be getting a shipping confirmation email once your items are ready to be delivered. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Due to the current situation, shipping for now is strictly within Metro Manila.

We charge a standard shipping fee via LalaMove or Grab. 

EXCHANGE INFORMATION

1. We do not accept returns.

2. We accept changes in size for the same item purchased. Items may only be exchanged based on the availability of inventory within a 14 day period.

3. We accept alterations for a fee. Contact us as soon as possible through the information provided below, and we will be happy to help you.

4. Return shipping will be shouldered by the client.
